Antenatal classes in Chorlton & Whalley Range
Honest talk, real friendships.
Small groups for expectant parents in south Manchester (M16 – M21) — courses from January 2027.
What we do
Independent antenatal courses, built for connection
The Nest Collective runs small-group antenatal classes in Whalley Range and Chorlton five Thursday sessions per course, starting January 2027. We welcome people from across M16, M21 and beyond, including Old Trafford, Whalley Range, Moss Side, Chorlton, Stretford, Didsbury, Hulme, Withington, and Fallowfield. If you’re looking for clear answers, a warm space, and a group where people get to know each other, you’re in the right place.
Our story & venueWhy us
What matters to us
Confidence
Get to know your body and your birth options, so you can make choices you feel comfortable with. Build practical skills for feeding and caring for your newborn.
Community
A local, Manchester-based group: people nearby, going through the same stage as you. We’ll share simple ways to keep in touch after the course, from WhatsApp groups to meet-ups.
Fun
Relaxed, friendly sessions with room to chat, laugh, and take things at your own pace.
Safety
A calm, welcoming space where everyone is respected. We centre inclusive, culturally aware care, so you can ask questions and talk openly.
The course
Everything you need to feel informed and supported
Five Thursday sessions covering birth, early days with your baby, feeding, and how to support each other, along with the things people often only learn as they go. Time for questions and space to talk things through.
